Bilingual educator, business founder & AI advocate supporting parents, teachers and language learners across Europe.

Antonia Beauvoisin-Brown is a bilingual entrepreneur and education expert.

After working in I.T. for a Fortune 500 company, she spent two decades building Anglo-Franco learning communities, helping children and families thrive in both English and French.

Here is a selection of the projects she is    working on this year ...

G.R.O.W to bilingual - A guidebook and course

I've been writing a book;-)
Now I am in the editing phase of    Grow to Bilingual — a guide for parents who want to help their child learn English with confidence and ease.

Drawing on 18+ years of experience at KidooLand and over 8,500 case studies, the book offers practical, brain-friendly strategies that go beyond vocabulary lists and grammar.

It explores how mindset, confidence, and small daily habits can make a big difference in bilingual success. It’s designed to support both the parent and the child — because learning a language is about more than just words.

EdTech The huge transformation

Education is undergoing its most significant transformation in decades — and at the heart of it is AI.

While not without its critics, AI holds enormous potential to save time, reduce teacher burnout, and deliver truly personalised learning.

As part of my AI for English Teachers project, I’m currently exploring how AI tools can genuinely support language teachers — not replace them.

My research focuses on identifying practical, classroom-ready tools that save time, reduce overwhelm, and enhance the  learning experience for both teachers and students.

I’m trialling tools and AI platforms, testing EdTech alongside  real teaching content, and gathering feedback from educators working with French learners of English.

Alongside the tech, I’m also looking at the mindset shifts teachers need to feel confident using AI — especially in systems where innovation can feel daunting or unsupported.

Donegal Cottage
Family holidays Ireland

Back in the 1950s my Grandfather had a new cottage built for my Great Aunt and her family.

Set high on the hills with spectacular views this is truly an escape from it all, back to basics retreat.

With country walks, cows in neighbouring fields, several beaches within 20 minutes and a host of local eateries and craft shops to explore this is the Enid Blighton holiday your children need to have.

All the uncles, aunts and cousins now keep a loving eye on Josie's cottage and share her with other family travelers so they too can enjoy the Emerald Isle.

Let's Connect

I'd love to connect with other like minded entrepreneurs here on the French Riviera.

It can be challenging moving to a new country, running a business in a foreign language, integrating into the commercial community.

I find watching and listening other entrepreneurs inspiring and one of my favourite things to do is to connect people when I see some synergy.

Educator & Mumpreneur

Founder of KidooLand,
Bilingual Learning & EdTech Advocate

Mum + Entrepreneur = Mumpreneur — it’s a label I wear with pride.

My most important role to date has  been being a mum to my two children. They've inspired me daily to grow, adapt, and explore how we learn — not just academically, but emotionally and creatively.

Over the past 30 years, I’ve worn many hats: IT professional in a Fortune 500 company, au pair, teacher, founder, CEO, landlord, podcaster, community builder, and business mentor.

Since launching KidooLand in 2007, I’ve welcomed over 8,500 child registrations, helping French families support their children to learn English with confidence.

Now, I’m entering a new chapter — blending my love of education, tech, and mindset work.

I’m currently writing a new book and developing online courses to equip teachers and parents with practical AI tools that truly support bilingual learning.

This includes GROW to Bilingual, a guide and training for parents and educators and  AI for English Teachers, a toolkit and training initiative that bridges everyday classroom needs with the power of technology

What drives me is change — the buzz of a new project that brings good into the world, the early ideas scribbled in notebooks, and the vision-mapping that turns those scribbles into systems.

I'm a big believer in planning with purpose, visualising goals, and always staying open to learning.

Here’s a glimpse of the journey so far:

Raised in Surrey, studied in Sussex

Moved to France (twice!), first as an au pair, then as a teacher

Married Mr BB 💍

Worked in programming, PM, and operations in a Fortune 500

Founded an au pair agency and a rental business

Moved to France permanently in 2005 with baby #2

Created an online kids directory, then founded KidooLand in 2007

Grew through the global recession and family life

Opened and closed a gift shop, launched a podcast, expanded to multiple KidooLand locations

Wrote a book (2024–2025), and began building a new vision for AI in education

My businesses have not only helped thousands of children — they’ve helped my own children thrive. That, to me, is the real gold.

In 2025, I’m embracing life as a location-flexible founder, leaning into meaningful work, personal freedom, and ideas that can genuinely shape how we teach and learn.

Watch this space. 😉
